2026.07.14 — Orthopaedic consultation (surgical opinion)
- Consulted Giorgi Zimlitski.
- Impingement visible on MRI images 14/15.
- Small bone spur / osteophyte present.
- Inflammation in the rotator cuff.
- A sling won't hold the joint / won't fix the instability.
- Can't do heavy exercises.
- Bankart repair judged not helpful in my case. Bankart = anchors and suturing; works via the capsule holding the joint; the easier operation of the two.
- Latarjet recommended instead — take a bone and fix it with a screw to make a "wall." The transferred bone has to heal.
- Risks raised: infection; with Latarjet the bone might not heal.
- If I want the operation, first available slot is October 2026. 2 months of rehab. Rehab provider mentioned: Sport & Med.
- Levan Natchkebia surgery in October — this was the recommended option. New hospital has two surgeons who do it: Irakli Kartozia.
- Doctor can recommend me to another clinic if I prefer.
- Cost: 9,000 GEL (~$3,300).
2026.06.26 — MRI of right shoulder[ZIP][GE][EN]
- MRI performed at K. Eristavi National Center of Experimental and Clinical Surgery (Card No. 10868.26). Examining physician: Dr. Mariam Qoriauli.
- Glenohumeral joint: Space preserved; glenoid articular cartilage intact.
- Bankart lesion (chronic): Glenoid labrum damaged at 3 o'clock position, slightly displaced ventrally — consistent with chronic post-traumatic Bankart-type lesion.
- Hill-Sachs lesion: Residual bone marrow infiltration signals and impression-type deformation on dorsolateral humeral head epiphysis — consistent with post-traumatic Hill-Sachs lesion.
- Synovial fluid: Mildly increased in right shoulder joint; small amount also in subacromial-subdeltoid bursa.
- Rotator cuff: No acute injury. Supraspinatus tendon mildly fibrosed with heterogeneous signals and moderate surrounding edema. Subscapularis tendon thickened and mildly fibrosed.
- Biceps tendon: No MR signs of injury in bicipital groove.
- Acromioclavicular joint: No significant pathological changes.
- Conclusions: (1) Chronic Bankart-type labral lesion; (2) Post-traumatic Hill-Sachs lesion of humeral head; (3) Chronic interstitial injury and tendinopathy of supraspinatus tendon.
2026.06.26 — Visited Otari Siradze
- He also recommended getting an MRI.
- Cost of surgery about $4,500 and rehabilitation about $2,500 from Sport & Med.
2026.06.16 — Dislocated shoulder[GE][EN]
- Dislocated my shoulder.
- Visited American Hospital and met Dr. Giorgi Zurabashvili.
- Took a good half an hour to pop it back in.
- Pinching pain for a couple of days.
- He suggested an open Bankart Surgery might be needed. Recommended an MRI.
- Report: 2026.06.17_GE_shoulder-dislocation-referral (not yet added)
2026.03.26
- Second IRC procedure completed. Asked for a photo of the haemorrhoids — most of what remained after the second procedure appears resolved.
- Same slight discomfort as on the day of the procedure.
- Medication: Tab Ornof BD x3 days, Tab Vizylac BD x5 days, Lactifiber 1M x1 tbsp, Cremaffin 15D x1 tbsp, Paracetamol x2 days.
2026.03.23 — Back in Delhi
- Cough still worse at night. Took cough syrup 2x today, plus mutton bone soup, ginger honey water, steamer.
2026.03.21-23 — Travel to Delhi via bus
- Cough during the night was the worst. Took Sinek, Montelukast, Cetirizine, one each night — none seemed to help much.
2026.03.09
- Went to KTM. Wednesday/Thursday swam, coughing started Friday.
- First couple of days: throat burning with constant cough.
- Used cough syrup, paracetamol, and cetirizine in combination with vitamin D.
- One night had high fever, 101.3°F, 2026.03.11. Regained strength after, but cough persisted.
2026.03.05 — Follow-up with Dr. Manish Agarwal
- All looks good after the procedure, no signs of complications.
- Post-defecation symptoms improved significantly — not all fixed but much better.
- Only need Lacti-fiber going forward. Next follow-up 2026.04.01.
2026.02.28 — Follow-up
- Problem can't be resolved via medicine alone.
- Performed IRC (Infrared Coagulation) — non-surgical, might need a couple of sessions.
- Medicine for 5 days. Follow-up 2026.03.04.
2026.02.21 — Consultation with Dr. Manish Agarwal
- Bowel movements irregular, having to push the piles every time afterward.
- Suggested a few laxatives to see if the problem resolves.
2026.02.20 — Consultation with Dr. Monashis Sahu
- Diagnosed Gilbert's Syndrome — harmless. Bilirubin to be tracked every 6 months.
- High ESR could be due to haemorrhoids and lack of water.
- Lack of vitamin D and B12.
- Referred to Dr. Manish Agrawal + ultrasound of the abdomen, focus on the liver.
- Follow-up after 6 months.
2026.02.16 — AP's interpretation PDF
- Urine mildly acidic — not serious, but likely still not drinking enough water; risk of kidney stones forming.
- Low BUN — suggests (weirdly) overhydration, low protein, liver problem.
- Liver seems a bit out of kilter — consultation with an endocrinologist may be a good idea.
- High bilirubin — perhaps rapid RBC breakdown (consistent with small MCV, high ESR).
- Low ALP — possible deficiency of zinc, magnesium, B12, hypothyroidism, malnutrition.
- Low GGT — possibly low magnesium.
- Vitamin D3 — could supplement, maybe a factor in poor immunity.
- Lipids: TC/HDL ratio is great.
- Fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, fasting insulin all good to great — no sugar problems.
